Frequently Asked Questions

Can I try a class before I sign up?

Yes! Due to Covid-19, we now require reservations for classes to ensure we do not go over the number of people suggested by the CDC. To reserve a trail class, send us a message and we will see which class is best for yoU!

What do I need to bring?

-A mask. This is required anytime you leave your square on the gym floor) 

-A mat. This isn't required but is suggested. We no longer offer mats for use during workouts.

-A water (or a one-dollar bill to buy a water from our drink machine)

Can I talk to someone to see what is best for me? 

Of course! We offer No-Sweat Consultations where you can speak to one of our team members about your goals and what you're looking to achieve on your fitness journey.

Do you require a membership to do Personal Training?

No! A membership is only required if you would like to attend classes. Personal training clients are not required to have a class membership to participate in personal training; all that is required is a personal trianing membership.
